1. Event Information

The ASCEND Men’s Excellence Summit is scheduled for:

Saturday, November 14, 2026
Phoenix, Arizona
Doors Open: 3:15 PM
Program: 4:00 PM–6:30 PM

Event details, including schedule, speakers, programming, venue arrangements, and other elements of the experience, may be adjusted when reasonably necessary.

F. Y. Creative Media will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered attendees.

2. Tickets and Registration

Admission is available according to the ticket options presented at the time of purchase.

• Adult Admission — $25
• Young Men 18 & Under — $15

A meal is included with admission unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are intended only for the attendee or transferred guest associated with the registration. F. Y. Creative Media reserves the right to verify registration information at check-in.

3. Refund and Transfer Policy

All ASCEND ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person by contacting:

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event.

4. Young Attendees

Individuals age 18 and under may attend under the Young Men admission category.

The person purchasing or arranging registration for a minor represents that they have the authority to do so.

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for determining whether participation in the event is appropriate for the young person they register.

ASCEND is a personal-development event and is not intended to substitute for parental guidance, professional counseling, medical care, financial advice, or other professional services.

5. Speakers and Educational Content

ASCEND brings together experts and professionals to provide educational perspectives across the Seven Dimensions of Excellence.

Presentations, panel discussions, conversations, and other event content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing presented at ASCEND should be considered individualized:

• Medical advice
• Mental-health treatment
• Financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• Career or business consulting
• Counseling or therapy

Attendees should consult qualified professionals regarding decisions specific to their individual circumstances.

Speaker participation and presentation topics may change due to scheduling, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances.

6. Attendee Conduct

ASCEND is intended to provide a respectful environment for meaningful conversation, learning, networking, and personal growth.

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward:

• Other attendees
• Speakers
• Sponsors
• Volunteers
• Venue personnel
• F. Y. Creative Media representatives

F. Y. Creative Media reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with the event environment.

Removal for misconduct does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

7. Photography, Video and Event Recording

Photography, video recording, and other media capture may occur during ASCEND for event documentation, marketing, promotional, and F. Y. Creative Media content purposes.

By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photography or video.

For minors, F. Y. Creative Media may request additional consent before using an identifiable image as a featured promotional image, testimonial, or similar marketing asset.

8. Personal Property

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

F. Y. Creative Media is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Health, Safety and Personal Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for making decisions appropriate to their own health, physical condition, dietary needs, and personal circumstances.

If you have a medical condition, food allergy, accessibility need, or other concern that may affect your participation, please contact us before the event when reasonable accommodations may be needed.

Participation in ASCEND is voluntary.

10. Food and Dietary Considerations

A meal is included with admission.

F. Y. Creative Media will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information concerning food being served; however, attendees with allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or other food-related concerns are responsible for determining whether the available food is appropriate for them.

11. Event Changes, Postponement or Cancellation

Circumstances beyond the control of F. Y. Creative Media may require changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, programming, or other event details.

If ASCEND is postponed, canceled, or materially changed, registered attendees will receive information regarding the options available to them.

F. Y. Creative Media is not responsible for an attendee’s separate travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, or other expenses associated with attending the event.

12. Intellectual Property

The ASCEND name, branding, event materials, presentations created by F. Y. Creative Media, graphics, written content, and other proprietary materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

Purchase of admission does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit ASCEND materials without written authorization.

Speakers retain applicable rights to their own proprietary materials.

13. Privacy

Information collected through registration, ticket purchases, event forms, and related communications will be handled in accordance with the F. Y. Creative Media Privacy Policy.

Registration information may be used to:

• Process your purchase
• Communicate event information
• Provide customer support
• Manage attendance
• Send important event updates
• Provide communications you have elected to receive

F. Y. Creative Media does not grant sponsors unrestricted access to attendee personal information simply because they sponsor the event.

14. Third-Party Services

Registration, payment processing, email delivery, and other event functions may be provided through third-party platforms.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, F. Y. Creative Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from attendance at or inability to attend the event.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Acceptance of These Terms

By completing a registration or ticket purchase for ASCEND, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of additional attendees, you are responsible for making them aware of applicable event terms.
