ASCEND Men’s Excellence Summit
Refund & Transfer Policy
Effective Date: September 21, 2026
This Refund & Transfer Policy applies to ticket purchases for the ASCEND Men’s Excellence Summit, presented by F. Y. Creative Media.
1. All Ticket Sales Are Final
All ASCEND ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a ticket purchase has been completed, F. Y. Creative Media does not provide refunds for changes in personal plans, scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, or other circumstances that prevent an attendee from participating.
2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend ASCEND, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
To request a ticket transfer, email:
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event.
3. Transfer Information
When requesting a transfer, please provide:
• The name of the original purchaser
• The email address used for the purchase
• The order number, if available
• The name of the person receiving the transferred ticket
• The new attendee’s email address
• The email address used for the purchase
• The order number, if available

4. Ticket Category Requirements
Ticket transfers remain subject to the admission category originally purchased.
Current ticket categories include:
• Adult Admission — $25
• Young Men 18 & Under — $15
• Young Men 18 & Under — $15
If a transfer would change the applicable ticket category, please contact F. Y. Creative Media before the event for instructions.
5. Failure to Attend
Attendees who do not attend the event and who do not complete an approved ticket transfer are not entitled to a refund, credit, or future-event admission.
6. Late Arrival or Early Departure
Refunds, partial refunds, or credits are not provided for late arrival, early departure, or participation in only part of the ASCEND program.
7. Event Changes
F. Y. Creative Media may make reasonable changes to the event schedule, speakers, program content, venue arrangements, or other event details when necessary.
Changes of this nature do not automatically create a right to a refund.
8. Event Postponement
If ASCEND is postponed, registered attendees will be notified of the updated event details and any options made available by F. Y. Creative Media.
Unless otherwise communicated, existing registrations may be applied to the rescheduled event.
9. Event Cancellation
If F. Y. Creative Media cancels ASCEND and does not reschedule the event, registered ticket purchasers will receive information regarding the remedy or refund process, if applicable.
Any refund issued because of an event cancellation will generally be limited to the amount paid directly to F. Y. Creative Media for the affected admission.
10. Travel and Related Expenses
F. Y. Creative Media is not responsible for airfare, lodging, transportation, childcare, parking, meals outside those included with admission, or other expenses an attendee may incur in connection with attending ASCEND.
11. Payment Processing Fees
Where permitted by law, payment-processing fees or other third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable even when a refund is otherwise issued.
12. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or that an incorrect charge was processed, please contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact F. Y. Creative Media first so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter.
Filing a chargeback does not change the terms of this Refund & Transfer Policy or other applicable purchase terms.
14. Merchandise or Other Purchases
This policy applies specifically to ASCEND event admission. Books, merchandise, digital products, or other F. Y. Creative Media purchases may be subject to separate refund, return, or fulfillment terms.
15. Acceptance of This Policy
By completing an ASCEND ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund & Transfer Policy.
16. Policy Changes
F. Y. Creative Media may update this policy when reasonably necessary. Any updated policy will display a revised effective date. The policy applicable to a particular purchase will generally be the policy in effect when that purchase was made, except where changes are required by law.
